How to Play

You are the Team Manager for a major Snow Corporation. Your job is to put together the best Snow Team possible with a $100 Million Salary Cap. You can cut, drop and trade riders, you just cannot go over the $100 Million Salary Cap.
After you have registered your Team you are allotted your $100 million Salary Cap. You can fill up to 6 spots on your Team Roster using your $100 million Cap.
Starters
The first 8 Team Members selected to your Team make up your “Starting Lineup”. Your total Team Score of an Event will be the combined total of all of your Starters Scores. (See Scoring Points below)
Alternates
Your 9th and 10th selections to your Team make up your “Alternates”. Should one of your “Starters” not show up for an event, your 1st Alternate will automatically take a “Starting” position and add to your overall Team Score. Should a second “Starter” not show up for the same event, your 2nd Alternate will automatically take a “Starting” position and add to your overall Team Score.
Subcategories
Each Snow Sport (Snowboarding, Skiing, Snowmobiling) contains Subcategories and the athletes in the Fantasy Snow competitions. For example, Fantasy Snow Ski includes Men’s Slope, Men’s Air and Men’s Pipe. You may pick Team Members from any and all of the subcategories as long as you do not go over Salary Cap.
Values
Each Athlete’s Value is based upon prior results. Each Athlete decreases 1 Million in Value all the way down until the lowest ranked Athlete has the lowest Value.
Save Team Button
Once you have drafted your team make sure to click the Save Team Button.
Undo Changes Button
If you have made some trades and are not satisfied with your new team you may use the Undo Changes Button to automatically revert the last team you have saved.
Trading
Trading is locked during the events. You will be able to draft and trade in between events.
Scoring
Each athlete will be scored according their placing in their competition. The Gold Medal scores 100 points for your Team and each placing below that decreases 10 % in value per placing, ie. Silver = 90, Bronze = 81, 4th = 73 etc. all the way to last place within that competition. Below is an example of a competition with 10 athletes and the scores for each athlete:
Gold – 100 pts
Silver – 90 pts
Bronze – 81 pts
4th – 73 pts
5th - 66 pts
6th - 60 pts
7th - 54 pts
8th - 49 pts
9th - 44 pts
10th - 40 pts
Winning
The team with the most overall points per Snow Sport (Snowboarding, Skiing, Snowmobiling) is deemed the winner. The User with the highest total of all 3 Snow Sports (Snowboarding, Skiing, Snowmobiling) will be deemed the "Overall" Winner. In the case of ties, cash prizes will be added together and divided evenly among those who have tied.
